Terms and Conditions of Membership
By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the Constitution of the CSSA.
The CSSA aims to provide a safe and tolerant environment for all people at all its events. Therefore, members are expected to:
- be respectful to all attendees at events
- not engage in any offensive, disrespectful or illegal behaviour
- abide by any reasonable directions given by CSSA committee members or ANU staff
Serious violations of the above conditions will lead to action being taken to suspend and/or withdraw membership, and will be reported, if necessary, to the ANU, ANUSA, the Police, or any other relevant authority.
Your personal information is being collected by the Australian National University Computer Science Students' Association (CSSA), a society affiliated with the Australian National University Students' Association Inc. (ANUSA).
The CSSA collects this information for the purposes of maintaining its membership roll and administering its programs and activities. The CSSA is required, as a condition of its ANUSA affiliation, to disclose members' names, student numbers, contact details and signatures to ANUSA upon request. This information may also be disclosed to the Australian National University (ANU) and College of Engineering and Computer Science (CECS) administration.
Your information will not be shared with any other third party or used for any other purpose without your explicit consent, unless required by law. Your contact details will only be used to contact you in relation to club activities.
